The three McCormick MTX models are powered by the very new BetaPower engines, specifically designed to McCormick specifications. These engines utilise a mechanical fuel injection system delivering a maximum power of 117, 133 and 141 HP/ISO. All BetaPower engines are equipped with turbocharger and air-to-air intercooler maximising power outputs and ensuring enhanced efficiency with improved fuel consumption while complying with Tier 3 standards governing the emissions into the environment. Engines are mounted on a rugged caststeel chassis to ensure maximum durability while reducing both stress and noise levels so as to provide enhanced driving comfort to the operator. The fully-tilting hood provides unrestricted access to the engine for routine service and maintenance.
